Our guarantee

At Village Pet Outfitters, we pride ourselves on the high quality of the items we carry, as well as on a very high level of customer service and support.  With that in mind, we offer this guarantee for domestic orders:  If for any reason you feel that an item purchased from Village Pet Outfitters is not completely satisfactory, just contact us so we can send you a Return Authorization if one is necessary.  You will receive a replacement item or a full credit, period.  No fine print.  We want our customers to shop here with confidence, and to be happy with every single transaction.
